A new CEO at Tekosom

In June, Anna Soltysek stepped into the role as CEO of Tekosom Poland. We spoke with her about the new role and the direction she sees for the company.

For Anna, this is not about changing what Tekosom is, but about strengthening it further through how the company works internally, how it develops its people and how it supports customers over time.

A broader responsibility across the company

As CEO, Anna’s focus now covers the entire structure of Tekosom.

It includes how production is developed, how teams are organized and how decisions are made across the company. A central part of the role is making sure that what comes from customers is not handled in isolation but instead becomes part of how Tekosom works on a daily basis.

In her previous role as Key Account Manager, she worked closely with customers on individual projects. That experience now feeds into a broader responsibility where customer insights are used to shape processes, priorities and long term direction across the company.

Anna also emphasizes the importance of the people within the organization. She has a strong trust in the team and values the competence and experience that exists both in production and in the wider organization. For her, this knowledge is one of the key strengths of Tekosom and a foundation for how the company can continue to develop.

Customer perspective at the center

A key part of Anna’s approach comes from her background working directly with customers in development and production.

This gave her a clear understanding of what is important in each step of the process from early development discussions to sampling and final production and delivery.

In her CEO role, she now uses that perspective to ensure that Tekosom does not separate customer input from internal operations. Instead the goal is to connect them more directly so that decisions in production, planning and communication are aligned with real customer needs.

My focus is to connect what we learn from customers more directly to how we work internally, so that production and communication stay aligned with real needs.

Developing production and capabilities

One of the main focus areas going forward is the continued development of Tekosom’s production setup in Poland. This includes investing in machinery and improving overall capacity but also refining how production is organized on a day to day level. The aim is to maintain flexibility while still increasing consistency and efficiency across smaller production runs.

At the same time, the development of the team inside the factory remains essential. Skills, experience and collaboration on the production floor are what ensure that quality can be maintained over time, especially when working with technical garments and varying customer needs.

There is also a strong focus on employee well-being in everyday work. This includes initiatives such as team activities like summer gatherings, as well as investments in ergonomic tools and equipment to support a healthy and sustainable working environment.

Building on what already works

Rather than changing direction, Anna’s focus is on building on the structure that already exists within Tekosom. There is already a strong base in terms of customer relationships, internal know how and production experience. The work going forward is about refining these areas, improving how they connect and developing them step by step.

Good collaboration is built on trust, clear communication and a shared understanding of the production process from start to finish.

Looking ahead

The focus going forward is long term development rather than short term change. This means continuing to improve internal processes, investing in production capabilities and strengthening how Tekosom works with its customers.

For Anna, the direction is clear. Tekosom should remain a reliable and flexible production partner, closely connected to the brands it works with, while continuously improving how it operates behind the scenes.
