Jonas Axelsson
Owner & CEO
Jonas Axelsson is Owner and CEO of Tekosom, driven by curiosity, engagement, and a constant desire to learn and develop. He believes in the strength of European production and is passionate about showing how smart, innovative thinking can compete on a global market.
With a deep understanding of the entire manufacturing chain and a strong, dedicated team, he helps shape Tekosom’s long-term direction. Outside work, Jonas is active as a football coach, plays padel, and has a lifelong passion for cycling and technical innovation.
Martin Kössler
Board Member
Martin Kössler brings extensive experience from the outdoor and textile industry, with a background at Gore-Tex, Haglöfs, and long-standing involvement in the Scandinavian Outdoor Group. Through his career, he has developed a deep understanding of high-quality production and the importance of reliable manufacturing partners.
He sees Tekosom’s strength in its ability to produce technically advanced garments in Europe with high quality, flexibility, and low minimum quantities. Outside work, Martin is passionate about outdoor life, spending time skiing, sailing, paddling, and hiking.
Johan Lövqvist
Board Member
Johan Lövqvist brings extensive experience in business development, sales, and leadership, with a background as CEO within retail, outdoor, and leisure products. He combines a strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of how product, brand, and market work together to drive growth.
He sees Tekosom’s strength in its combination of technical expertise, flexibility, and close collaboration with customers, enabling the delivery of advanced products with high quality and short lead times. Outside work, Johan enjoys an active lifestyle, cycling in summer and skiing during the winter season.
Jakob Nortoft
Board Member
Jakob Nortoft contributes with a strategic perspective and experience in international business. He works as a lawyer specializing in commercial law and brings structure, business understanding and experience from working across different markets. His background gives him a broad perspective in board work.
He sees Tekosom’s greatest strength in the people behind production, a dedicated team that drives the company’s high quality and continuous improvement. Outside of work he enjoys spending time in nature in both summer and winter, sometimes combined with work.
